Data Entry Operator/Computer Operator

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst to collect, clean, analyze, and interpret data to support business decision-making. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, and data visualization tools, and the ability to communicate insights clearly to business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Collect and organize data from multiple sources such as Excel files, databases, and business systems.

Clean and validate datasets by identifying and correcting missing, duplicate, or inconsistent data.

Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and business opportunities.

Create and maintain Excel/Google Sheets reports and dashboards.

Use SQL to extract, filter, join, and aggregate data from databases.

Build dashboards and visualizations using tools such as Power BI/Tableau.

Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for management and business teams.

Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs).

Conduct data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Translate business requirements into analytical reports and actionable insights.

Present findings to stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner.

Work with cross-functional teams such as Operations, Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Product teams.

Automate repetitive reporting and data-processing tasks where possible.

Document data sources, methodologies, calculations, and reporting processes.

Required Skills

Microsoft Excel: VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Pivot Tables, Sorting & Filtering, Conditional Formatting, Charts, IF formulas, Data Validation, and basic dashboards.

SQL: SELECT, WHERE, GROUP BY, ORDER BY, JOINs, CASE statements, aggregate functions, and subqueries.

Data Visualization: Power BI or Tableau.

Understanding of data cleaning, data validation, and exploratory data analysis.

Good knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good written and verbal communication.

Preferred Skills

Python for data analysis, particularly Pandas and NumPy.

Basic knowledge of statistics.

Experience with Power Query or Excel automation.

Knowledge of business intelligence and KPI reporting.

Familiarity with CRM, ERP, or other business/data platforms.
