Data Entry Operator/Computer Operator

• Data Input: Enter and update customer, operational, or financial data into digital databases, spreadsheets, and software systems.
• Data Verification: Review source files and documents to check data accuracy, identify mistakes, and fix errors or discrepancies.
• Record Management: Organize, sort, and file physical and electronic records so data is easy to retrieve when needed.
• Report Generation: Create and export spreadsheets, summaries, and routine data reports for management or other teams.
• Data Security: Maintain strict confidentiality and follow security protocols while handling sensitive company or customer information.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Technical Knowledge: Basic working knowledge of MS Office (MS Excel, Word) and basic database systems.
• Attention to Detail: A keen eye for spotting inconsistencies or missing information.
• Education: Minimum 12th pass; a graduation degree or basic computer certification is preferred.
• Experience: Fresher or 1 to 2 years of proven experience in a data entry, clerical, or administrative role.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
