About Us

Deepak Transexpress is a leading Express Cargo & Parcel Transportation company with over 65 years of industry experience. We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to join our Head Office team.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter operational and accounting data into the company ERP system.
• Prepare bills, invoices, and supporting documents.
• Update dispatch, booking, and delivery records.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Coordinate with branch offices and internal departments.
• Generate reports and assist in day-to-day office operations.
• Ensure timely and accurate data entry.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of data entry, back-office, or office administration experience.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Good typing speed and accuracy.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience in transport, logistics, courier, or cargo industry preferred.
