Data Entry Operator / Computer Operator – Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and update data accurately into company systems and databases.
• Maintain and organize digital records, files and documents.
• Verify entered information and correct errors when required.
• Prepare and update Excel sheets, reports and daily records.
• Handle document scanning, printing, uploading and basic formatting.
• Maintain proper records of completed data-entry activities.
• Process routine computer-based office work as assigned.
• Coordinate with team members to collect and verify required information.
• Manage emails and basic online office communication.
• Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality and timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Report technical or data-related issues to the concerned supervisor.

Required Skills:

• Good computer and internet knowledge.
• Basic to working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
• Good typing speed and accuracy.
• Basic knowledge of email and online data management.
• Attention to detail.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Freshers with basic computer knowledge can apply.

Pay: ₹12,730.53 - ₹16,989.68 per month
