Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator / Computer Operator to manage digital records, enter and update information, maintain documents, and support day-to-day computer-based office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter, update, and maintain data accurately in computer systems and databases.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain digital and physical records.
• Verify data and identify errors or missing information.
• Handle MS Excel, MS Word, Google Sheets, and other office applications.
• Prepare basic reports, statements, and data-related documents.
• Manage scanning, printing, photocopying, and document-related activities.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of office records.
• Assist team members with routine computer and data management tasks.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned data entry and documentation work.
• Follow company procedures for data accuracy, confidentiality, and record maintenance.

Required Skills:

• Basic computer and typing skills.
• Working knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic knowledge of Excel and data management.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

• 12th Pass / Graduate candidates can apply.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
• Basic computer knowledge is required.

Pay: ₹15,730.53 - ₹17,989.68 per month
