DATA ENTRY OPERATOR / COMPUTER OPERATOR

Position Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator / Computer Operator to manage routine computer-based activities, data processing, documentation, and record maintenance. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate information and supporting day-to-day office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter, update, and maintain data accurately in company systems and databases.
• Handle computer-based documentation, records, and routine office tasks.
• Prepare and maintain Excel sheets, reports, and data records.
• Verify entered information and correct errors when required.
• Organize digital files, folders, and electronic documents systematically.
• Perform scanning, printing, formatting, and document-related activities.
• Process and maintain routine data received from different departments.
• Generate basic reports and update daily/weekly data trackers.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of company information.
• Provide computer and administrative support as assigned by the reporting manager.

Candidate Profile:

• Basic knowledge of computers, MS Office, and MS Excel.
• Good typing speed with accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and data-handling ability.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Responsible, disciplined, and willing to learn.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Pay: ₹13,730.53 - ₹17,989.68 per month
