Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Data Entry Operator to handle data entry, documentation, record maintenance, and day-to-day computer-related tasks in our jewellery manufacturing unit.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and update employee, production, stock, and other operational data accurately.
• Maintain and update records in MS Excel / Google Sheets.
• Prepare and maintain daily reports, registers, and documents.
• Verify data for accuracy and correct errors or discrepancies.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of records.
• Handle data related to production, attendance, inventory, and other departments as required.
• Scan, print, photocopy, and organize documents when required.
• Support the HR/Admin team with data-related activities.
• Maintain confidentiality of company and employee information.
• Perform other computer and data entry tasks assigned by the management.

Candidate Requirements

• Any Graduation
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel
• Good computer knowledge
• Good typing and data entry skills
• Basic knowledge of Google Sheets preferred
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to maintain records and documentation properly
• Freshers with good computer skills may also be considered.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of jewellery manufacturing processes will be an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of formulas and data handling in Excel.
• Ability to work with large amounts of data accurately.
• Good time-management and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
