Role Summary:

We are seeking an accurate and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to manage, update, and maintain organizational data in Google Sheets, databases, and internal systems. You will ensure data integrity, timeliness, and accessibility for reporting and operations.

Position Details:

Experience: 6 Months – 2 Years (Freshers with 35+ WPM typing speed can apply)

Education: 12th Pass / Graduate – Any Discipline (Computer Certification preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter, update, and verify data in Google Sheets, ERP, CRM with 99%+ accuracy

• Review data for errors, inconsistencies, and duplications – cleanse and format as per standards

• Complete assigned data entry batches within defined SLAs, including during peak periods

• Use Excel/Google Sheets formulas (VLOOKUP, IF, IMPORTRANGE) for data compilation

• Sort, filter, and organize datasets as required

• Assist MIS/Operations team by extracting data and preparing simple reports

• Maintain strict confidentiality of company and client data

• Maintain logs of work completed, sources, and issues faced

Requirements & Skills:

• Typing Speed: Minimum 35–40 WPM with 95%+ accuracy

• Proficient in Google Sheets & MS Excel – formulas, data validation, formatting

• Basic knowledge of Google Forms and Google Docs

• Apps Script awareness is a plus

• High attention to detail, ability to focus for long hours

• Disciplined with deadlines; comfortable with repetitive tasks

• Good understanding of English & Hindi for data context

• 99%+ data accuracy with minimal rework

• 100% SLA adherence for assigned batches

• Zero data breach incidents
