Key Responsibilities

• Data Input: Type text and numerical data into spreadsheets, databases, or company software from source documents.
• Data Verification: Check records for mistakes, fix errors, and look up missing details.
• File Management: Organize digital and paper files, scan documents, and print reports.
• System Maintenance: Make regular data backups and follow strict privacy rules to keep sensitive files safe.
• Office Support: Answer emails, handle basic phone calls, and assist team members with data requests.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typing Skills: Fast and accurate typing speed (usually 40+ words per minute).
• Computer Literacy: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Google Suite.
• Attention to Detail: High focus to catch small errors in numbers or text.
• Age criteria 18 to 29 years

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹34,000.00 per month
