Data Entry Operator/Computer Operator

1. Enter daily production data in Excel/system.

2. Maintain machine-wise and department-wise production records.

3. Update daily production quantity, rejection and rework data.

4. Prepare daily, weekly and monthly production reports.

5. Maintain production target vs. actual production records.

6. Enter and maintain raw material and production-related data.

7. Coordinate with Production, Quality, Store and PPC departments for data collection.

8. Prepare shift-wise production reports.

9. Maintain records of machine hours, downtime and production output.

10.Check production data for accuracy and report any mismatch.

11.Maintain proper filing of production documents and records.

12.Prepare MIS reports as required by the Production Department.

13.Support Production/PPC team in updating planning and production records.

14.Perform other data entry and reporting work assigned by management.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
• Knowledge of Excel formulas, Filter, Sort, SUM, COUNTIF and VLOOKUP preferred
• Good typing speed and accuracy
• Basic knowledge of Production/MIS reporting
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Attention to detail
• Basic computer knowledge

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
