Data Entry Operator/Computer Operator

Responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining accurate information in company databases and spreadsheets. Handled large amounts of data carefully while ensuring accuracy and meeting deadlines. Reviewed documents for errors, organized records, and kept information up to date. Also supported the team with basic administrative tasks, file management, and data verification when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Entered and updated customer and company information accurately.
• Checked data for errors and corrected missing or incorrect details.
• Maintained spreadsheets, records, and digital files in an organized manner.
• Verified information from documents and other sources before entering it.
• Managed daily data entry tasks while meeting deadlines.
• Maintained confidentiality of sensitive company and customer information.
• Assisted with basic administrative and documentation tasks.
• Communicated with team members to resolve data-related issues.

Skill and qualification :-

• 10th or 12th pass; graduation is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office, especially Word and Excel.
• Good typing speed with accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors.
• Basic English reading and writing skills.
• Ability to organize and manage data properly.
• Good time-management skills and ability to meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
