Data Entry Operator/Computer Operator

Role Overview

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Spare Parts Manager to oversee our loom inventory, manage procurement, and track machine consumption. You will ensure zero downtime on the weaving floor through real-time stock control and accurate digital reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Google Sheets Tracking: Maintain real-time inward/outward records for all loom parts, consumables, and tools.
• Stock & Store Management: Organize part bins, conduct weekly physical stock audits, and maintain minimum buffer levels.
• Procurement: Coordinate with vendors, compare quotes, issue purchase orders, and verify incoming shipments against invoices.
• Consumption & Reporting: Track machine-wise part usage, monitor breakdown trends, and deliver weekly stock and expense reports to management.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel (formulas, filters, data entry).
• Familiarity with loom components (Rapier, Waterjet, Airjet, or Shuttleless).
• Strong record-keeping, negotiation, and communication skills.
