Job Description: Data Entry Operator

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator with mandatory knowledge of Tally Prime/ERP and inventory management to maintain accurate records and support daily store and accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter purchase, sales, and inventory transactions in Tally.
• Maintain stock records and update inventory data.
• Verify invoices, purchase orders, and stock entries.
• Prepare basic reports and reconcile physical stock with system records.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely data entry.

Qualifications & Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent; graduation preferred.
• Tally Prime/ERP knowledge is mandatory.
• Basic understanding of accounting and inventory management.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer operations.
• Good typing speed, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Relevant experience in data entry or inventory management preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
