Data Entry Operator/Computer Operator

• Enter and maintain data accurately in Excel and company records.
• Prepare sales invoices, quotations, and other basic sales documents.
• Maintain customer details, sales records, and transaction data.
• Use MS Excel for data entry, basic formulas, and report preparation.
• Use MS Word to prepare letters, documents, and other office-related paperwork.
• Assist the sales team with daily sales activities and follow-ups.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of invoices and other records.
• Perform basic computer and administrative tasks as required.
