Data Entry Operator/Computer Operator

Key Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and maintain data in company databases, spreadsheets, and software systems accurately and on time
• Verify entered data against source documents and correct discrepancies
• Maintain digital and physical filing systems so records are organized and easy to retrieve
• Generate basic reports from databases and spreadsheets as required
• Keep customer and company information confidential at all times
• Perform regular data backups and follow data security procedures
• Coordinate with other departments to collect missing or unclear information
• Meet daily and weekly productivity and accuracy targets

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: [12th pass / Any graduate]
• [0–2] years of experience in data entry or a similar role (freshers welcome)
• Typing speed of at least [30–35] words per minute with high accuracy
• Working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Sheets
• Basic computer skills, including email and internet use
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot errors
• Good time management and the ability to work independently
• Basic written communication in English

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
