AKC Healthcare Incorporated is seeking a reliable and organized Data Clerk & Telephone Operator to join our team in Lawrenceville, Georgia. This position combines data entry and telephone support responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, professional, and comfortable handling information accurately while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and maintain records accurately in company databases and systems.
• Answer and route incoming telephone calls professionally.
• Take and relay messages to the appropriate staff members.
• Assist customers and callers with general inquiries.
• Verify and organize information and documentation.
• Maintain accurate electronic and physical records.
• Perform routine data entry and clerical tasks.
• Schedule appointments and assist with administrative requests.
• Protect confidential company and customer information.
• Communicate effectively with internal departments.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous data entry, telephone operator, customer service, or administrative experience preferred.
• Strong typing and computer skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
• Professional and courteous telephone manner.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar software.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
