Job Description:

We are seeking an organized Purchase Data Entry Executive to manage procurement documentation, update purchase orders, and maintain accurate inventory and supplier records in our Manesar office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately input purchase data, vendor invoices, and material receipts into the company system.
• Generate Purchase Orders (POs) and maintain systematic digital and physical records.
• Coordinate daily with the stores, purchase, and accounts departments to verify documentation.
• Track pending dispatches and assist the purchase manager with daily administrative reports.

Requirements:

• Graduate with excellent typing speed and computer proficiency.
• 1 to 3 years of experience handling purchase data, ERP systems, or advanced MS Excel sheets.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
