Data Entry Representative (Credentialing Experience Required)

About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Representative with experience in Healthcare Credentialing to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for entering, maintaining, and verifying provider data while supporting the credentialing process to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely completion of requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately enter and maintain provider information across multiple databases and systems.
• Review, update, and verify provider credentialing records and documentation.
• Track license renewals, certifications, malpractice insurance, and other credentialing requirements.
• Conduct audits and quality checks to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain electronic records and organize credentialing files.
• Collaborate with credentialing specialists, healthcare providers, and insurance payers.
• Follow established procedures and regulatory requirements related to provider credentialing.
• Generate reports and assist with data management projects as needed.

About you

• At least 1 year of experience in healthcare credentialing, provider enrollment, or a related field.
• Proven experience in data entry with a high level of accuracy.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
