Data Entry Specialist

Job Summary/Overview

Collect information from various sources and enter it to electronic databases for archival and analysis purposes. Typical resume samples highlight responsibilities such as verifying accuracy, securing data, making corrections and using office equipment to input information. Able to demonstrate their ability in working individually and with also within a Team, capable of handling multiple tasks and tools. Being able to identify the Priorities and organize the work based on the deadlines received.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

• Handle and monitor emails and other queries related to the marketing department’s activities.
• Update databases, including data entry and processing of information.
• Perform any other general administrative tasks as needed.
• Maintain effective relationships with other departments and support them.

Requirements:

Education and Specific Training

• High school diploma or equivalent

Work Experience

• Ideally 1 year experience managing data
• Experience working in a structured environment is mandatory

Technical Skills

• Ability to use Internet applications
• Advanced Knowledge of using MS Office apps, specific Word and Excel.

• Manages a variety of responsibilities in a timely, efficient manner.
• Identifies and defines problems through the gathering of relevant information leading to the development of alternative solutions.

• Native in the language of the market + B2 Level of English
