Duties

• Enter data into Excel spreadsheets, database systems, and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software with precision and speed
• Maintain and update records in various databases, ensuring data consistency and accuracy
• Perform data analysis using Excel functions to identify discrepancies or trends
• Handle confidential information with integrity, adhering to privacy policies and security protocols
• Support data transcription tasks, converting audio or handwritten notes into digital formats
• Assist with basic math calculations for data validation and reporting purposes
• Utilize productivity software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and other office tools to prepare reports and documentation

Skills

• Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word processing applications
• Experience with database systems and ERP software is highly desirable
• Excellent typing skills, including 10 key typing speed for efficient data entry
• Ability to analyze data in Excel using formulas, filters, and pivot tables for effective data management
• Organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Attention to detail to ensure high-quality data entry and minimize errors
• Knowledge of handling confidential information responsibly in compliance with privacy standards
• Good communication skills for collaborating with team members and supporting customer service when needed
