Data Entry Specialist

About the role

This is a long-term full-time position in a BPO setup. You will be responsible for extracting and importing project and contact details from client systems, uploading and organizing associated documents and photos, and setting up system integrations with third-party tools.

Key responsibilities

• Extracting and importing project and contact details from the client's current system
• Uploading and organizing associated documents and photos
• Setting up system integrations with third-party tools
• Customizing workflows, pipelines, and automation triggers
• Creating and configuring estimate and contract templates
• Any other tasks as required by company

About you

• A minimum of one (1) year experience in a BPO setup
• Advanced knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel is a plus
• Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining accuracy
• Strong typing skills for note-taking and data entry migration
• Attention to detail to ensure accurate message taking and forwarding
• Problem-solving skills to handle unexpected situations and provide appropriate responses
• Willing to work graveyard shift
• Has an existing home office setup with a conducive work environment
• Computer or laptop with specs of at least core i5 or higher/7th gen or newer, or its AMD equivalent, 16GB RAM, functional camera, noise-canceling headset, and dual monitor
• A stable internet connection with at least 25 Mbps upload and download
