Data Entry Specialist

Job Overview:
Progressive Foods Inc is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and updating information in our systems accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Input and update data into computer systems with precision and speed.
• Perform regular data entry tasks, including entering customer information, sales figures, and financial records.
• Ensure data integrity by identifying discrepancies and resolving any data-related issues.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and follow data entry protocols.
• Assist in organizing and maintaining files and records for easy access.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel for data entry and basic analysis tasks.
• Collaborate with the office and clerical team to support overall operations.

-Train as back up for HR Manager (payroll and weekly deposit reports).

Skills:

• Proficient in basic math for accurate data entry and calculations.
• Ability to computerize data efficiently using various software systems.
• Strong typing skills to input data quickly and accurately.
• Familiarity with Excel for organizing and analyzing data effectively.
• Experience with order entry processes is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail to ensure data accuracy.
