Data Entry Specialist

About the Role

We’re looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team. You’ll help keep company records accurate and up to date while supporting day-to-day administrative work.

This is a good fit for someone who is organized, comfortable working on a computer, and able to stay focused while handling routine tasks.

What You’ll Do

• Enter and update information in company systems.
• Review records to make sure information is accurate and complete.
• Organize and maintain digital files and documents.
• Compare information from different sources and identify discrepancies.
• Make corrections when errors are found.
• Help with basic administrative and recordkeeping tasks.
• Keep assigned work organized and completed on schedule.
• Communicate with team members when additional information is needed.
• Handle company information responsibly and maintain confidentiality.

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Good attention to detail.
• Basic computer and typing skills.
• Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, and online systems.
• Good written communication skills.
• Reliable and able to work independently.
• Previous data entry or office experience is helpful but not required.

Schedule

Monday–Friday during regular business hours. Exact hours will be discussed during the hiring process.

Compensation

$22–$28 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
