Data Entry Specialist

Our client is a luxury tour operator dedicated to providing exceptional travel experiences. We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our Hotel Partnerships team.

Key Responsibilities

• Database Management: Add new hotels and continuously update existing hotel profiles within TourCube.
• Data Quality & Auditing: Review current hotel profiles to identify and correct missing, outdated, inconsistent, or inaccurate information.
• Partnership Records: Update hotel contacts and partnership records across internal systems.
• File Organization: Organize, maintain, and securely store hotel contracts, fact sheets, images, rate documents, and other supporting files.
• Tracking & Reporting: Maintain and update spreadsheets and trackers related to hotel data and ongoing department projects.
• Project Support: Assist with large-scale TourCube clean-up initiatives, general system maintenance, and other administrative tasks as needed.

Skills & Qualifications

• C1 English level is a MUST
• Attention to Detail: Uncompromising accuracy and strong organizational skills, with a high comfort level executing repetitive, data-heavy tasks.
• Technical Basics: knowledge of Microsoft Excel (sorting, filtering, data entry) and Google Workspace (Google Sheets). Familiarity with MS Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Tech-Savvy: Highly comfortable learning new software, databases, booking platforms, and internal systems (like TourCube).
• Research Skills: Ability to efficiently research information online and accurately transfer it between different sources and systems.
• Experience: Previous administrative, data entry, hotel, travel, or hospitality experience is helpful, but not required .
• Bonus: A genuine interest in hotels, travel, hospitality, or tourism is a strong plus!
