Key Responsibilities

• Accurately input data into various databases, spreadsheets, or other digital platforms according to established procedures and guidelines.
• Conduct outreach and outbound calls to patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies.
• Verify and correct any discrepancies or errors in the data entry process to maintain data integrity and accuracy.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information during the data entry process, and follow strict HIPAA rules.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve any data-related issues or challenges.
• Assist with data cleanup, organization, and maintenance projects as needed.
• Organize and prioritize data entry tasks to meet deadlines and ensure timely completion.
• Continuously strive to improve data entry efficiency and accuracy through process optimization and skill development.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors.

Requirements Qualifications and Skills

• Graduate of a 4-year course.
• 2 to 3 years of relevant experience.
• Good communication skills (Oral and Written) at a B2 CEFR level.
• Keen attention to details.
• Strong multitasking skills.
• Leverage critical thinking skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Typing skills of 40 WPM.
