Data Entry Specialist

We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and analytical Data Entry & Reporting Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate must have excellent Microsoft Excel skills, strong analytical abilities, and experience managing large amounts of data, preparing reports, and ensuring data accuracy.

This position requires someone who can work independently, identify discrepancies, analyze information, and maintain accurate records while meeting deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform accurate data entry, data validation, and regular database updates.
• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly Excel reports.
• Analyze large datasets and identify errors, discrepancies, and unusual trends.
• Create and manage Excel trackers, summaries, and management reports.
• Organize, clean, and consolidate data from multiple sources.
• Cross-check information to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Develop reports using Pivot Tables, formulas, charts, and other Excel tools.
• Monitor pending tasks, deadlines, and progress through structured reporting.
• Coordinate with internal departments to collect, verify, and update information.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting accuracy and efficiency.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
