Job Overview

As a Data Entry Specialist, you’ll keep business information accurate, organized, and ready to use. We're looking for a Data Entry Specialist who's quick on the keyboard, sharp with the details and happy to be the reason our data is clean, organized and ready for our engineering team to use.
Your attention to detail and customer service skills will help teams access reliable information and respond smoothly to requests.

Here's what you'll be doing

• Entering and updating information in our databases and internal systems
• Reviewing records for errors, duplicates and missing details, and fixing them fast
• Converting paper documents and files into clean digital records
• Organizing spreadsheets and helping prepare simple reports for the data team
• Matching records against source documents so everything lines up
• Flagging anything that looks off before it becomes a bigger issue
• Handling sensitive information with care and following our privacy guidelines

You'll fit right in if you

• Type quickly and accurately (40+ words per minute is a great place to start)
• Notice small details that other people tend to miss
• Feel comfortable in Excel or Google Sheets, and learn new software quickly
• Like steady, focused work with a clear finish line each day
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Have data entry, admin or office experience, which is a nice bonus but totally optional

This is a full-time, on-site role in Indianapolis, IN, Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm, so your evenings are free for Pacers games and everything else. Pay is $19.75 to $22.50 per hour, plus a $300 accuracy bonus every quarter you hit your quality goals.
