Job Summary

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

· Enter data accurately from research and source documents into internal systems.

· Update and maintain existing accounts to ensure data accuracy and completeness.

· Combine data from multiple systems when account information is incomplete.

· Review data for deficiencies or discrepancies and resolve issues using standard procedures or escalate to the Team Leader when appropriate.

· Respond to internal requests for information and retrieve relevant files or data.

· Follow established data entry processes, program techniques, and procedures.

· Maintain operational standards by adhering to company policies and reporting recommended improvements.

· Contribute to overall team success by completing related tasks and supporting team objectives as needed.

· Work effectively in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
