Duties

• Enter and update data into databases, ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems, and spreadsheets with precision and speed
• Manage order entry processes, ensuring all customer requests are accurately recorded and processed
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information by following strict data handling protocols
• Utilize Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, to analyze data, generate reports, and streamline workflows
• Support customer service teams by retrieving, verifying, and organizing customer information efficiently
• Conduct routine data collection tasks, including filing and organizing physical and digital records
• Perform 10-key typing tasks swiftly to support high-volume data entry requirements

Skills

• Proficiency in working with databases, database systems, and ERP software
• Strong computer skills with expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word processing and Excel data analysis
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy
• Skilled in using productivity software such as spreadsheets for data tracking and reporting
• Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for order processing and data validation
• Experience with office procedures including filing, data collection, and order entry processes
• Demonstrated technical proficiency in handling confidential information securely and responsibly
