Data Entry Specialist (International Freight)

About the role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist with experience in logistics, supply chain, inventory, warehouse, procurement, order management, or related operations. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, validating, and reconciling operational data within ERP and business systems. You will work with large volumes of data and support accurate and efficient day-to-day logistics and supply chain operations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain, update, and validate operational data in ERP and other business systems.
• Perform accurate data entry and ensure information is complete and up to date.
• Review and reconcile data related to inventory, logistics, orders, procurement, and warehouse operations.
• Support the processing and maintenance of supply chain and operational records.
• Identify data discrepancies, investigate issues, and coordinate necessary corrections.
• Generate and maintain reports using Microsoft Excel.
• Manage large volumes of operational data while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• Support logistics and supply chain processes, including international freight activities.
• Ensure data integrity across relevant systems and operational records.
• Perform other administrative and data-related tasks as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology, Accounting, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, inventory, warehouse operations, distribution, fulfillment, procurement, order management, or 3PL operations.
• Hands-on experience using ERP systems or related business systems.
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, WMS, or Inventory Management Systems.
• Exposure to inventory management, logistics coordination, procurement, warehouse operations, or supply chain processes.
• Experience managing, validating, reconciling, or maintaining operational data within business systems.
• International freight experience is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
