Responsibilities

• Enter data from various sources into company databases with high accuracy.
• Review and verify data for completeness and correctness.
• Update existing records and perform regular data audits.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline data entry processes.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
• Report any inconsistencies or issues to the appropriate department promptly.
• Meet daily and weekly data entry targets without compromising quality.

Requirements & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data management or related fields is a plus.
• Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles preferred.
• Excellent typing skills with a minimum of 50 WPM and strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and familiarity with database systems.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote work environment.
• Effective communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
