Role Overview

We are hiring a Data Entry Specialist to capture, validate, and maintain high-quality data across our systems. The role combines speed, accuracy, and a sharp eye for inconsistencies that others might miss.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter data into spreadsheets, databases, and CRM platforms with high accuracy

• Validate and clean existing records to remove duplicates and correct inconsistencies

• Cross-reference data from multiple sources to ensure completeness

• Generate routine reports and pull lists as requested by stakeholders

• Flag anomalies and quality issues to the operations lead

• Meet daily throughput and accuracy targets

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong typing speed (50+ WPM) with high accuracy

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets

• Attention to detail and ability to spot errors others miss

• Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus

• Ability to maintain focus on repetitive tasks for extended periods

• Reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace
