Data Entry Staff

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in any major
• Able to communicate in both oral and written English
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and SAP
• Familiar with administrative tasks
• Ability to establish timelines and meet deadline

Job Descriptions:

• Enter and update data in the SAP system.
• Prepare and review documents to ensure traceability, accuracy, and compliance.
• Verify and record purchasing and sales transactions in the system.
• Manage purchasing, sales, expenses, and related accounting documents, providing necessary documents to the finance department.
• Ensure proper filing and archiving documents in a secure manner for easy retrieval.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors.
