Designation: Data Entry Supervisor
Role Definition
Responsible for managing team of data entry operators and ensuring timely and
accurate data entry, transaction posting, and report generation in SAP. Must ensure
system accuracy, coordinate with teams for validations, and maintain up-to-date
records.
Main Tasks and
responsibilities
Ensuring timely and data entry
Reconciliation and checking
Level1 escalations
DEO performance checks
MIS reports
Administrative duties: Time and attendance, performance, coordination with
HO on HR related issues
Required Skills
Working knowledge of SAP and Advance Excel
Able to communicate in English language Spoken and email
Manpower handling skills
