Data Entry Team Supervisor

Overview:

The Supervisor will oversee a small team of five data entry staff to ensure accurate, efficient, and consistent processing of member and operational data. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and quality‑control skills.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily workflow and assign tasks to the data entry team

• Monitor productivity and accuracy, providing coaching and support as needed

• Serve as primary point of contact between our team and the staffing agency

• Review completed work for consistency and completeness

• Assist with escalated or complex entries as needed

• Track team performance and provide weekly updates

• Ensure adherence to company standards, timelines, and confidentiality requirements

Qualifications:

• Previous experience supervising administrative or data entry teams

• Strong attention to detail and organizational capability

• Ability to train and mentor staff

• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, database systems, and digital workflows

• Excellent communication skills
