Data Entry Trainee

bout the Role

We are looking for a Data Entry & Digital Executive who is comfortable working with computers and modern digital tools. This is an execution-level role, suitable for freshers or junior candidates who are willing to learn and handle day-to-day digital, data, and administrative tasks.

Key ResponsibilitiesData Entry & Digital Work

• Enter, update, and maintain data accurately in Excel sheets and internal systems
• Prepare documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Maintain and organize digital files and records
• Perform basic online research and data verification

Email & Digital Support

• Handle email-related tasks such as:
• Email data collection (email grabbing)
• Email list updating and management
• Support basic email communication and follow-ups

Personal Assistance & Admin Support

• Assist management with scheduling, reminders, and follow-ups
• Prepare basic reports, notes, and presentations
• Coordinate with internal teams for routine operational tasks
• Support general administrative and office-related work as assigned

Required Skills & Knowledge

• Basic to good knowledge of:
• MS Word
• MS Excel (basic formulas, formatting)
• MS PowerPoint
• Comfortable using computers and Windows OS
• Basic understanding of email and internet tools
• Good typing speed and attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines
• Willingness to learn and take responsibility

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
