Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for entering and managing data accurately and efficiently. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will play a crucial role in supporting our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and update data in our databases and systems with high accuracy.
• Verify and correct data discrepancies to ensure data integrity.
• Maintain organized records and documentation for easy retrieval.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline data entry processes.
• Generate reports as needed and assist with data analysis tasks.
• Adhere to data privacy and confidentiality standards.

Qualifications:

• Able to communicate fluently in English
• Experience in customer service satisfaction via messaging.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and data entry software.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience in Accounting principals; reconcile accounts payable and receivable
• Strong accounting and excel skills are a plus.

Wage:
