Job Title: Data Executive
Department: Data / MIS / Operations
Job Location: Thiruvarur
Qualification: Any Degree / Diploma with good computer knowledge
Experience: Freshers can apply | 1–3 years preferred
Salary: ₹11,000 – ₹13,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update daily data in company systems and Excel files.
• Enter, verify and maintain accurate employee, sales, inventory and operational data.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports as required by management.
• Collect data from different departments and consolidate it into a standard reporting format.
• Identify data errors, missing information and discrepancies and coordinate with the concerned department for correction.
• Maintain proper records and ensure data confidentiality.
• Support the team in report preparation, data analysis and MIS-related activities.
• Complete assigned reports and data updates within the required timelines.

Required Skills

• Good System Knowledge and ability to work with company software / web-based systems.
• Good MS Office Knowledge, especially:
• MS Excel – formulas, sorting, filtering, Pivot Tables and report preparation.
• MS Word – document preparation and formatting.
• MS PowerPoint – basic presentation preparation.
• Good typing and data-entry skills with accuracy.
• Basic knowledge of MIS / Reporting.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Freshers with good computer knowledge and willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
