Data Expert (Fraud control)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement fraud risk strategies and prevention policies across mobility and delivery businesses.
• Identify emerging fraud schemes, monitor trends, and conduct fraud risk assessments.
• Design preventive, detective, and corrective controls across driver, customer, trip, incentive, and payment journeys.
• Establish investigation standards, escalation processes, and fraud governance frameworks.
• Analyze fraud data to identify high-risk behaviors, fraud hotspots, and root causes.
• Build dashboards and management reports to support strategic decision-making.
• Monitor fraud KPIs and recommend initiatives to reduce fraud losses and improve control effectiveness.
• Partner with Product, Operations, Data, Technology, Finance, and Compliance teams to strengthen fraud controls.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in Fraud Risk, Fraud Strategy, Trust & Safety, Risk Management, or Fraud Analytics.
• Experience in ride-hailing, mobility, e-commerce, fintech, payments, logistics, or technology platforms.
• Strong knowledge of fraud prevention, investigations, controls, and risk governance.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive business decisions.
• Experience with SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics tools is preferred.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
