Data Governance

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Data Owners, Business Data Stewards, and IT teams to ensure data is managed in accordance with established standards and governance requirements
• Monitor, analyze, and report Data Quality metrics and KPIs to senior management
• Oversee and maintain the Business Glossary, Data Dictionary, and Data Lineage documentation
• Manage data-related issues and collaborate with data owners and relevant stakeholders to drive timely resolution
• Develop, review, and enhance Data Governance policies, standards, and guidelines to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements, including those of the SEC, Bank of Thailand (BOT), PDPA, and DAMA-DMBOK best practices
• Design and implement Data Classification Frameworks and Data Handling Procedures
• Monitor policy compliance and promote Data Governance awareness through training and communication programs
• Administer and optimize Data Catalog, Data Quality, and Metadata Management platforms
• Define and manage access controls, user roles, permissions, and workflow configurations within Data Governance systems

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Data Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Data Governance, Data Management, Data Quality Management, or a related discipline
• Strong knowledge of PDPA (Personal Data Protection Act) and regulatory requirements related to data management, including those issued by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and the Bank of Thailand (BOT)
• Proficient in SQL and experienced in performing data validation, data quality assessments, and root-cause analysis
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
