Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Data Governance Consultant to review and assure enterprise data governance submissions. The role will validate compliance with approved standards across metadata, data catalogue, lineage, business glossary, stewardship, ownership and data classification, while supporting findings management, standards clarification, stakeholder engagement and governance reporting.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of enterprise data governance principles, standards and operating models.
• Practical knowledge of metadata management, data catalogues, business glossaries and data lineage.
• Experience with data ownership, stewardship and classification controls.
• Experience reviewing governance artefacts against defined standards.
• Experience managing findings, remediation actions and closure evidence.
• Ability to translate governance requirements into clear and actionable recommendations.
• Strong analytical, workshop facilitation, stakeholder management and report-writing skills.
