Data Governance Specialist

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Data Governance Specialist to join us.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage and execute Sales-related Material Master Data processes, including material creation, changes, KIT/BOM creation, Business Partner setup, and Sales Organization/Plant extensions.
• Coordinate related sub-processes, such as drawing approvals, status changes, tool creation, BOM changes, and drawing updates.
• Follow up on pending process tasks and provide clear feedback on status, completion, and missing information.
• Review and verify data requests to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with Data Management standards.
• Act as the primary point of contact for material-related issues and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.
• Identify and correct duplicate or non-compliant records.
• Contribute to the optimization and improvement of process workflows.
• Participate in UAT activities related to system changes, upgrades, and data migrations.

Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience in Material Master Data or a related data position.
• Experience with SAP/MDG or similar ERP systems.
• Good understanding of Supply Chain, data management and process workflows.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Good MS Office skills.
