We’re looking for an analytical thinker who enjoys exploring data, asking questions and helping others understand what the numbers mean.

Joining an established team, you’ll work with stakeholders to uncover trends, answer business questions and provide insights that shape planning and operational decisions. This role would suit someone who enjoys both hands-on analysis and communicating findings to people across the business.

What you’ll be doing

• Explore data from multiple sources to understand business activity and outcomes.
• Translate stakeholder questions into focused analysis.
• Create reports and visualisations that make information easy to understand.
• Highlight emerging trends and recommend areas for further investigation or improvement.
• Help make reporting more useful, consistent and relevant to business needs.

What you’ll bring

• Experience in data analysis, business insights or performance reporting.
• A curious, practical approach to solving problems.
• Confidence explaining findings and turning analysis into useful recommendations.
• Strong relationship skills and the ability to work with a range of stakeholders.
• Experience with Power BI, Excel or comparable reporting and analytical tools.
