Data Insights & Artificial Intelligence Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Insights & Artificial Intelligence Lead to join our Digital Engineering team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business intelligence, artificial intelligence, data visualization, data analytics, and agile project management with a passion for problem-solving and innovation. You will play a dual role in managing the overall development pipeline, including the backlog, dashboards, stakeholders, and communications for our in-house and client business intelligence and artificial intelligence requirements while building, maintaining, and optimizing the same, ensuring data quality and accessibility for data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Responsibilities :

• Manage the overall project backlog, development pipeline, stakeholders, timelines, and communications for business intelligence and artificial intelligence requirements while following agile project management practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement BI dashboards and AI solutions that meet the needs of stakeholders.
• Conduct thorough analysis and troubleshooting to identify and solve business and technical issues related to BI platforms and AI solutions in a timely manner.
• Develop and maintain documentation for the overall BI platform, dashboards, AI solutions, business logic, architecture, processes, and procedures.
• Manage and maintain existing data pipelines created using Python, SQL, and Azure Cloud Services.
• Manage and maintain existing AI solutions, including agents and workflows developed in Copilot Studio.
• Stay up to date with the latest technologies and trends in the industry to ensure BI and AI solutions remain innovative and competitive.
• Provide technical support and guidance to team members and stakeholders as needed.
• Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
• Ensure compliance with data governance and data security requirements.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, or any related field.
• Proven experience working in an agile, sprint-based development environment, preferably in Scrum Master or Product Owner role.
• Proven experience in design, development, and maintenance of business intelligence systems, dashboards, and data structures.
• Proficiency in Power BI and SQL is a must. Experience with other BI visualization tools such as Tableau and Qlik and database technologies will be an added advantage.
• Experience working with and developing artificial intelligence (AI) solutions using large language models (LLM), retrieval augmented generation (RAG), Azure AI services, and Copilot Studio.
• Experience working with and developing solutions using automation tools such as UiPath, Power Automate, and Power Apps will be an added advantage.
• Experience working with Azure cloud services and Python analytics will be an added advantage.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders at different levels.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
