The Medical University of Innsbruck is looking for a Data Integration Manager, IVa, Office of the Rectorate, from 01.05.2025.

Reference number: MEDI-19553 Requirements: Relevant degree or several years of relevant professional experience.

Desirable: experience in analysing and processing large amounts of data as well as in

XML processing, sound knowledge of software development with Python and in dealing with programming interfaces (APIs), experience in the administration of Linux systems and in medical informatics (e.g. HL7, FHIR etc.), good written and spoken German and English skills, passion for the digital transformation of interdisciplinary research and development.

Responsibilities: Data import from decentralised sources into the software

CentraXX software, development and further development of automated data import tools, operational and strategic communication with institutes regarding data import, strategic management of data interfaces for

import/export, software-related support for clinical/preclinical users.

The annual minimum salary for this position is currently € 47,464.20 gross at the basic level and

may be increased on the basis of the provisions of the collective agreement by recognising previous job-specific experience. An overpayment is possible depending on qualifications and professional experience
