About Radius Global

Radius Global is a leading international investor in digital and telecommunications infrastructure. We acquire and manage lease interests and other assets associated with telecommunications sites, providing tailored financial solutions to property owners around the world.

Our Data Intelligence team plays an important role in supporting business growth by maintaining reliable information, coordinating marketing campaigns and helping our Acquisitions teams identify and manage new opportunities.

Why this role matters

As a Data Intelligence Coordinator, you will help ensure that our databases and CRM contain accurate, complete and up-to-date information. You will support lead generation and acquisition activity by processing data requests, coordinating multichannel campaigns and preparing reports that help teams monitor performance and make informed decisions.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working with data, systems and different stakeholders in an international business environment.

What you’ll do

  • Maintain, validate and update contact, lead and property information in the CRM and other internal databases.
  • Process data and research requests from the Acquisitions team accurately and within agreed timelines.
  • Support the preparation and execution of multichannel campaigns, including email, direct mail and digital messaging.
  • Monitor campaign activity and prepare regular reports on leads, performance and team activity.
  • Identify missing, duplicate or inconsistent information and take appropriate corrective action.
  • Assist with inbound lead management, marketing materials, translations and other Data Intelligence projects.
  • Work closely with Acquisitions and other internal teams to improve data quality and support business priorities.

What we’re looking for

Essential requirements

  • Previous experience in data administration, CRM management, marketing support, lead generation or a similar coordination role.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and the wider Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong attention to detail and confidence working with large volumes of information.
  • Ability to organise and prioritise multiple requests while meeting deadlines.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • A collaborative and proactive approach to working with different teams.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.

Desirable requirements

  • A degree or equivalent qualification in Business, Marketing, Data, Administration or a related discipline.
  • Experience using Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, HubSpot or another CRM platform.
  • Experience supporting email, direct mail or other marketing campaigns.
  • Knowledge of data validation, cleansing and reporting processes.
  • Proficiency in another European language.

What we offer

  • Permanent, full-time employment.
  • Competitive salary and an annual performance-based bonus.
  • Company-funded medical and dental insurance for employees following successful completion of probation.
  • Life assurance, income protection and workplace pension contributions.
  • Continuous learning and professional development opportunities within an international organisation.

Our recruitment process

Our recruitment process will typically include:

  • An initial conversation with Talent Acquisition.
  • One or two interviews with the hiring manager and relevant team members.
  • A practical Excel or data-related assessment.

The process may be adjusted slightly depending on business requirements.

Use of artificial intelligence in recruitment

As part of our recruitment process, we may use automated tools, including artificial intelligence-based solutions, to support the administration and review of applications. These tools are used solely to improve the efficiency and organisation of the process.

All final decisions are reviewed by people, and no hiring decision is made solely by automated means. We are committed to using these technologies responsibly, transparently and in accordance with applicable data protection and employment legislation.

Our commitment

Radius Global is an equal opportunities employer. We value diversity, inclusion and collaboration and are committed to creating a workplace where everyone is treated fairly and with respect.
