Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Intern to join our team for an intensive 3-month learning program. While this is an unpaid position, it serves as a valuable launchpad for a career in data management and technology. You will gain hands-on experience by working on real-world projects, including data structuring for websites and AI chatbots, providing you with exceptional exposure to international market standards. Key Responsibilities

Data Research & Compilation: Search, gather, and organize accurate data sets from various sources to support website content, digital platforms, and upcoming business projects.

AI Chatbot Data Structuring: Assist in compiling, formatting, and refining data required to train and optimize AI chatbots for client-facing and internal applications.

Database Creation: Support the operations and technical teams in building, updating, and maintaining well-structured databases.

Data Quality & Cleansing: Review gathered data for accuracy, consistency, and completeness to ensure high-quality inputs for all systems.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and assist with day-to-day data entry and research tasks.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education: Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

Foundational Knowledge: A basic understanding of data management principles, data entry, and database structures.

Technical Tools: Proficiency in basic data tools such as Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets. Familiarity with database software (e.g., SQL, Access) is a plus but not strictly required.

Analytical Skills: Strong online research skills, problem-solving abilities, and a meticulous eye for detail.

Drive & Eagerness: A high level of self-motivation, a strong desire to learn data handling techniques, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced tech environment.

Communication: Good written and verbal communication skills in English to engage effectively in an international business setting.
