Position: Quality Lead

Compensation: $19 - $25/hr

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10 40 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of reviewers in quality assurance
• Ensure adherence to complex guidelines throughout the project
• Provide clear communication and constructive feedback to team members
• Conduct regular assessments to maintain quality standards
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine project requirements
• Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
• Facilitate training sessions for new reviewers on best practices

Requirements

• 3-5 years of overall experience in quality assurance
• At least 1 year of experience leading or mentoring team members
• Strong attention to detail in following complex guidelines
• Effective communication skills for clear feedback delivery
• Experience in QA, annotation, data labeling, or AI training data preferred
• Availability to work five days a week, including weekends if needed
• Ability to work within the set hours of 7am-4pm PST
