Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Data Lead to lead data migration governance and execution for a large-scale ERP transformation programme in Thailand.

The successful candidate will own the overall data migration approach, coordinate business and technology stakeholders, and ensure data quality, completeness, and readiness before system ingestion.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and implement the overall data migration strategy and approach .
• Lead data migration governance, planning, and execution activities.
• Drive ETL activities , including data extraction, cleansing, mapping, validation, and readiness.
• Analyse data structures and perform data profiling and validation.
• Conduct Intermediate User Checks (IUC) and ensure data meets agreed quality standards.
• Ensure data owners and stakeholders follow the agreed migration framework and readiness criteria.
• Prepare and own the final data migration report .
• Act as the final quality gate for market data migration deliverables.
• Drive standardisation of data definitions and regional data standards.
• Ensure data migration activities comply with applicable privacy, security, and compliance requirements .
• Coordinate with local, regional, and global stakeholders across business and technology workstreams.
• Identify and resolve data migration risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the programme.

Mandatory Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data migration within large-scale ERP transformation programmes.
• Proven experience leading ERP data migration projects from planning through execution.
• Strong experience owning and implementing a data migration strategy/approach .
• Strong knowledge of ETL frameworks and data mapping architectures .
• Hands-on experience in data profiling, cleansing, validation, mapping, and migration readiness .
• Strong data migration governance and execution experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills in complex, multicultural, and matrixed environments.
• Strong English communication skills with C1-level proficiency .

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, SAP, or Oracle .
• Understanding of Finance and Media processes , including billing, scheduling, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in SQL and/or data manipulation tools .
• Experience working on regional or global ERP transformation programmes is an advantage.
