Data Loss Prevention (DLP) Analyst

Role & responsibilities

• Is responsible for the operational delivery of the DLP service across NSE.
• Understands the service and the underlying systems and processes.
• Represents the service across NSE, engaging with the SMEs and Data Owners as required.
• Coordinates communication among NSE SME’s and systems staff.
• Manages vendor tickets.
• Manages changes to, and the removal of, existing DLP rules.
• Manages the identification and implementation of new rules (including the document on-boarding process).
• Understands the business aims and values of reporting and liaises with stakeholders and operational teams to improve reporting capability and meet business requirements by demonstrating value.
• Supports the NSE DLP Manager in day-to-day activities.
